In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your contract with us we offer a 7 day cooling off period from signing your contract , as stated on the contract itself to cancel the agreement you must return the cancellation portion via recorded mail to us signed and dated.

Emails, Phonecalls and Verbal cancellations cannot be processed.

In the case of credit agreements it may also be necessary to cancel the agreement and direct debit with your bankor building society.

Once the company has taken delivery of your goods and in the case of special order items your contract will be upheld unless otherwise agreed in writing at the point of sale.
